Symptoms: Cramps, Chills, Headache, Vomiting, Diarrhea
Suspected source: Strawberry Acai Refresher, Bacon/Gruyere Egg Bites, Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Onset: Immediately
Duration: Current
Sick: Me
Additional information: Immediate onset of nausea, vomited after 12 minutes, diarrhea after 30 minutes, chills + cramps + headache ongoing
