Panini sandwich with tomatoes from here  3 hours later after grab and go sandwich with chai latte Frappuccino (coconut milk). My tummy was sharpened pain/nausea/gassy. Painful and struggle to go bathroom- conspitation. End up throw up instead. Later on still sick tummy- got diarrhea. It wasn’t fun… See more
