Panini sandwich with tomatoes from here  3 hours later after grab and go sandwich with chai latte Frappuccino (coconut milk). My tummy was sharpened pain/nausea/gassy. Painful and struggle to go bathroom- conspitation. End up throw up instead. Later on still sick tummy- got diarrhea. It wasn’t fun cause long night of pain and discomfort tummy. I looked up and saw this. Must be old sandwich? I dunno and thought to report this to avoid other customers dealing this. And make sure they provided is fresh. It happened Yesterday | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Stomach Pain
