Airport Sandwich Illness Report

I had an egg sausage and cheese sandwich at the airport on Sunday afternoon and have been sick since Monday night. Monday night and Tuesday were the worst but still running a temperature and have a very upset stomach  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
