Meatball Subs Cause Illness

Husband and 2 kids ate Subway last night for dinner around 7pm. They ordered two meatball subs and one turkey. Only common ingredient was lettuce. All three were up all night violently ill and still not feeling well today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
