Ordered meatball sub. It was supposed to be toasted but the cheese was not melted and the meatballs were cold. This location does not honor coupons and has previously canceled online orders made through the app because they do not honor their deals.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills
