Yesterday March 21 around noon I ordered a 6 inch Sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich. About two or three hours later I started to feel bad. I then experienced extremely violent symptoms throughout the whole night.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
