Chicken teriyaki sub, felt nauseous that night
Next morning, vomiting and headache
Resolved in the following 2 days
I usually eat one meal a day, and this was the only thing I ate, so it was definitely the culprit  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
