“Last Wednesday I ate the dark chocolate covered cookies that are made in house found in the bakery dept. I was sick with diarrhea until Wednesday 1/6/21. “I got my box, everything was frozen but some packages had small tears, other big tears and some packages just we're not vacuum adequately sealed. I called customers service to have information and they said that was because of the ice and I should discard only the packages with large tears. My husba... See Morend cooked ground pork and was complex rancid and inedible so we discarded. Then I cooked some ground beef and both of us started getting sick by the evening. Next day he refused to eat anything from the butcher box. All the meat we buy is from butcher box and because of my diet that day I had to eat ground beef so I cooked again, didn't notice any smell. A got even more sick, today woke up in pain, my stomach hurting, intestinal cramps, fever cold sweat nausea and diarrhea. Was so bad that I had to go see a doctor. Called butcher box again, nothing was done, not a refund and I still have to pay for a doctor. Great customers service See Less”
