Warm Meatballs Cause Illness

Ate a six inch meatball marinara with no salad only cheese and toasted. Meatballs were only warm. Severe sickness and diarrhea monday morning and through to tuesday. Nothing else eaten differently. Had a pepsi with ice also.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
