I at at around half 12 during my lunch break from college and I had a chicken and bacon melt with lettuce and bbq sauce. I got home around 3 needing the toilet and as I was on the toilet I was also being sick and couldn’t move from the toilet for while as I had bad pains.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
