9/2/2024 ate a meatball pepperoni with provolone. My fiancé had a tuna. We eat and drink the same things but that day we ordered different sandwiches. I’m hospitalized and the only thing I ate was that sandwich.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
