On July 2nd, in the evening, I ate a 6 inch spicy italian sandwich with coldcuts, spinich, olives, tomatoes and the house vinegar dressing, side of chips. Did not eat anything else after. 10 hours later, I woke with liquified diarrea (no cramps), and vomiting. Developed pain…
