I went to subway for a tuna sandwich. I eat there all the time, never had a problem before. The sandwich was the only thing I ate all day. I had lunch around 1 pm and ended up in the hospital around 6.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
