I ordered a foot long tuna sub at lunchtime and almost IMMEDIATELY after finishing 6 inched my stomach was in knots. I have not felt better since. I’m having what seems to be like a fever now and excruciating cramps.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Fever
