Chicken Soup Bile Reaction

Two days ago I think a chicken soup I cooked Yes, the food seemed fine but after cooking and eating I immediately had a reaction to it. I was vomiting up a green/yellow bile like substance much later in the night and it lasted me 2 dats  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Bile, Diarrhea, Nausea
