Ate a salad for lunch. 3 hours later became extremely ill. Went to the ER and did not have any viruses. The dr suspected food poisoning. I only ate a salad from this restaurants before the illness.

Ate a harvest bowl on 2/20 around 2:30pm. Got out of work around 2:30am and had some nausea, only to be woken up at 6am with vomiting and diarrhea. I hope this doesn't last long....
