First report it to the health department where you live. Go back to the restaurant and y'all report it. Then call Poison Control Center to report it. I was poisoned in March with salmonella after eating chicken noodle soup at Panera Bread in Waldorf MD. The manager gave me the name of his insurance company Selective Insurance.
