Ordered a spinach, quinoa, salmon bowl with spicy cashew and lime cilantro dressing. This was the only thing I ate yesterday and I finally vomited late last night after falling ill a couple hours after eating the salad.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
