Arugula Seeds Trigger Illness

Last night about 3 am. It’s slightly tapering off right now. , Guessing here- but only the arugula and/or sunflower seeds. My son and I had almost the same thing- except I had arugula and Sunflower seeds. I ate around 9:30 pm 12/15 and got sick first at 3:15 am on 12/
