- comments: observed 1/4 inch gap at rear exit doors sweeps, at the first floor and basement. Instructed manager must rodent-proof said doors.

- comments: observed dirt build up inside floor basement floor drain under 2-compartment sink. Must clean interior of floor drain and maintain.
