Last night my boyfriend and I got Taco Bell around 12 am. I got the beef dipping taco and he got an Crunchwrap supreme and the beefy potato loaded grilled. He ended up waking up with severe stomach cramps, nausea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
