Potatorito Combo Digestive Woes

I ate the potatorito combo box at 5pm on August 7th. Around 9pm I started having diarrhea, and then around 2am I started getting nausea and stomach cramps and nearly vomited. The only other thing I had to eat was a bowl of cherrios around 11am that morning.
