I went to get a Mexican pizza last night around 12:30ish am , I then started vomiting and other symptoms. I had went to the hospital where I was diagnosed with food poisoning.

Today, Ate steak quesadilla and 7layer nacho fries from there— within the following hour, severe abdominal cramps, vomiting, diarrhea, headache and chills. it was all I ate today and I’m very ill as a result
