Food Safety Reports: Taco Bell, South Rutherford Boulevard, Murfreesboro, TN, USA

Friday Evening Sept 16th 2022. Had mexican pizza, bean burrrito, and a taco. Worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. Was unable to keep water down for nearly 24 hours, and then another 24 hours of persistent pain and nausea.
