Ate a chicken quesadilla, chips and cheese and cool ranch taco. Woke up in the middle of the night with terrible stomach pain and bloating. Followed by diahreah and throwing up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloating, Stomach Pain
