the last thing i ate was in this place and after that i got sick and threw up twice i got a quesarito and 4 spicy potato soft tacos without the chipotle sauce and i ate two of the tacos and the quesarito before getting full. a while after that i got sick

Severe Illness After Tacos

Severe good poisoning had 2 double deckers and a soft taco and was hospitalized after the worst stomach pain I have ever felt, diarrhea now for close to a week and am still very sick and on the brat diet, still unable to eat solids. May have to go to emergency again if symptoms persist

nacho bell grande and spicy tosada, I ate the food during my ate lunch around 2pm and shortly after started to have stomach pains diahhrea vomiting headache
