I'd stopped by Taco Bell to order a morning meal, in particular I ordered the new nacho bell box. Approximately 30 minutes after eating it I began to feel nausea. Approximately 2 hours later I began to suffer from diarrhea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Bloody Stool, Severe Cramping

Ordered a taco and a quesolupa. Felt nauseous after an hour of eating it then 4 hours later I began having severe stomach cramping to the point of almost passing out and diarrhea! Now it's been a couple hours and I have bloody stool. I will not be going back to this location ever!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
