Yesterday around 7pm I ate a bowl of beans, rice and other things at taco bell and today morning I woke up with diarrhea and vomiting, in the day I was constantly nauseous and tonight I couldn't sleep because I have to go to the bathroom every 20 minutes.

I ate the chicken chipotle burrito. I also had the bean burrito. I began profuse vomiting 4 hours later.
