Food Safety Reports: Taco Bell, North Leavitt Road, Amherst, Ohio, USA

I had a steak chalupa on December 27th at 1:30 p.m. at Taco Bell. This was the first thing I ate that day and the last other than some soda crackers. I had unbearable pain, gas and diarrhea since then. I'm not sure, but I think it was food poisoning being it was the only meal I ate that day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas
