I’m violently sick which started with sharp pains in my stomach and now I have diarrhea and my chest pains are strong and I’m throwing up violently. . I have the bag the food was put into. My camera on my phone isn’t working but I will have my daughter take one with her phone.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chest Pain, Stomach Pain
