- comments: observed handwashing sink in prep area not stocked with hand soap. Informed person in charge that hand soap must be available at handsinks at all times. Food handlers obtained hand soap for the hand sink during the time of inspection. Priority foundation violation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed tcs food held at improper internal temperature in the front prep area, such as 3lbs of shrimp at 48. 5f. The manager discarded and denatured a total of 3lbs at $30. All cold tcs food must maintain 41f or below. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-38-005.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of rats on premises. Observed over # 20 rat droppings on the floor along walls near the oven in the prep area and #20 droppings in the furnace room. Advised manager to call an exterminator for service, clean, and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation7-38-020 (a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed the rear utility mop sink in disrepair. Instructed to repair and maintain.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed grease buildup, food debris, and dirt on the floor under cooking equipment, along walls, and in all corners of the prep, dishwashing, and rear storage area. Instructed manager to clean floors under all equipment, along walls, and all corners in all areas.
