About an hour ago, I ate half a house salad 2 jalapeño cheese bites and a roll by the time they brought me my steak I was so nauseous I couldn’t eat it I went outside and threw up in the parking lot my stomach hurts  Just me   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
