Had lunch at 1 pm on 3/1, by 8 pm on 3/2 I had extreme diarrhea, nausea, chils, and fever.

Ribs, Salad: Severe Illness

Lettuce or ribs. Boyfriend and I both got sick about 24-28 hours from consumption. Insane stomach aches and cramps, stiff joints and muscles hurts to walk/move, temperatures, excessive throw up and diarrhea of only the contents eaten at (ribs and salad), extreme dehydration, not able to sleep
