Now this was the only place that we had eaten at that entire day. We never ate anywhere elsewhere that day.
The next day after we had eaten there and both felt very very unwell with food poisoning we straight away contacted the restaurant when we were experiencing severe vomiting, diarrehea, fevers, chills, and so on.
The restaurant basically were in denial and blamed that it could have been anything else that day to cause it for eg “a simple bun on the street” despite me telling them it was food poisoning, this was the only place we had eaten on Fri 23rd Nov and we believe issue with the lasagne. They continued to deny the fact or consider that it could have been them who gave us it, but funnily enough they must have felt some guilt towards it all as they still continued and went on to offer us both a free meal... ???
Whilst I gracefully declined going back to them to eat there after we both ate same dish and ended up very very sick.
I do find it bizarre how on earth we would even consider returning back to a restaurant who cause us this sickness.
Out of our 3 day trip, we only got to experience 1 day in the city (the same day we went to restaurant) the following 2 days after that we were both too ill and sick that we had to be isolated to our room and both bed bound as too unwell to experience Krakow. Such a horrible and unfortunate trip we have lost our money coming to the city. Just wish we never thought about eating here. A Senior Escalation Specialist told me that Quaker Oats is not recalling any of this bad cereal. She denies that hundreds of others are making the same complaints. I can Not find a box of good Peanut butter Crunch. Quaker Oats refuses to send me a good box. I Don't think any exists. And I have a complaint with the FDA, but it's going slow. I plan to make as much noise about this as possible!!. I got it from Food Lion on the Garden City Connection in Murrell's Inlet, S.C. Both all stores in Murrell's Inlet have bad PB Crunch cereal. Piggly wiggly, Dollar General, Publix also.
