Polenta Meal Causes Diarrhea

I ate the Trader Joe's Creamy Polenta with Spinach & Carrots. I was fine for the first few hours but within 8 hours, I had diarrhea and started to sweat from it. I'm still getting it out of my system 18 hours later.
