Cauliflower Gnocchi Causes Nausea

Just cooked their cauliflower gnocchi according to package directions (boiling). I have had this item before without an issue. A few bites in, I became overwhelmed with nausea and had to throw the rest away. I bought it a few weeks ago and had been storing it in the freezer.

Jackfruit Curry Causes Vomiting

I ate the Yellow Jackfruit Curry with Jasmine Rice and 3 hours later started a long night of severe vomiting and wretching beyond anything I have ever experienced. I reported the incidence to the store and they filed a report.
