I normally have this item regularly without issue, but yesterday I had the Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese for lunch only to find myself with serious hot flashes and vomiting about 7 hours later.

Baked falafel last night, ate 2 and felt awful (didn’t think anything of it) packed the same falafel today for lunch and I am so sick. Super super nauseous, diarrhea, headache, fever, chills, body ache
