Arugula Salad Causes Discomfort

Not certain but 5 hours after raw arugula salad upset stomach rumbling all night, lower stomach mostly discomfort some pain and now D 10 hours later . Husband however had it too and seems fine. Arugula is a cruciferous veg that's given me trouble before but not at this level or for many hours.

grated pecorino romano cheese. first time i ate it i had diarrhea and nausea after an hr of eating it. i didn’t realize that was the issue until i ate it again today and an hr later had diarrhea again.
