Got my normal smoothie but added in banana and chia seeds and at first nothing was wrong but a couple hours later, I couldn’t sleep and my stomach felt terrible and I finally went to sleep for about 2 hours and then woke up and vomited. Then about another hour passes by and I’m back vomiting.
