J'ai reçu mon smoothie habituel, mais j'ai ajouté de la banane et des graines de chia. Au début, rien n'allait mal, mais quelques heures plus tard, je n'arrivais pas à dormir et j'avais mal au ventre. Je me suis finalement endormie pendant environ 2 heures, puis je me suis réveillée et j'ai vomi. Puis environ une heure s'écoule et je recommence à vomir.
