Immmy girlfriend and I cane for dinner at around 5:30 pm and we both ordered a beer and then she got the philly cheese steak and I got the pot roast we are both expieencing insane vomiting and dihrea and and feel so god damn Sick we cannot stop vomiting. I pucked on my phone while typing this.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
