Less than 1hr after eating 2 slices of pizza (Beef and Blue Cheese & BBQ Chicken) purchased later at night (around 11pm) I had sudden onset of extreme nausea, chills, and then significant vomiting for awhile, then afterwards felt better again. I had zero symptoms of illness…
