We had a Chichen Itza tour and had a lunch buffet during the tour. It didn't really look hygienic there anyway and the food wasn't good either. In the evening, we ate sushi and teppanyaki consisting of beef, chicken and shrimp. And then unfortunately I had mega diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
