I ate the all star (eggs, a waffle, sausage, and toast) about 45 minutes to an hour after eating I got a really bad headache and from there I have just gotten worse. I feel nauseous, dizzy, headache, my whole body aches.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Dizziness, Body Ache
