Sausage egg and grits bowl - I'm the only one that dined and it was about four to five hours before I got Very sick. It started with nausea then fever and vomiting and diarrhea. I had to go to the emergency room  | Symptoms: Fever, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
