Hamburger helper cheeseburger macaroni, I literally spent 5 hours sh*ting my brains out, I bent over the throw up and my dry heaving was so extreme that I s*t all over my wall. NOT COOL HAMBURGER HELPER!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
