Positive it was Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia Ice Cream Ate not even 1/4 of a pint of the ice cream. Within 3 hours I was stricken with a severe case of diarrhea. It is still ongoing 5 days later. Also extreme weakness.

Spaghetti Meal Sickness Symptoms

I ate the spaghetti and meatballs and vomitted from 4 am til 5 pm the next day along with really bad diarrhea. Toss and turning body was soo weak i could not keep fluids down. Body chills.
