I ate two bowls of lucky charms around 12P, by 4P my stomach started cramping so badly followed by intense diarrhea and still suffering now at 10P. I hadn’t heard about the situation until after I informed my coworker of my pain.

Deli Macaroni Salad Illness

8/25/18 saturday evenning I purchased macaroni salad from wlamart deli and consumed some of it for dinner that evening. Next morning i woke up with extreme diarrhea then became fatigued, had fever, chills,, then hot flahes and felt very bad all day sunday and monday
