8/25/18 saturday evenning I purchased macaroni salad from wlamart deli and consumed some of it for dinner that evening. Next morning i woke up with extreme diarrhea then became fatigued, had fever, chills,, then hot flahes and felt very bad all day sunday and monday | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills, Fatigue
